Join ISL at its 8th International Symposium on Sustainable Leadership, in Nice on the French Riviera.

Hear fresh thoughts on sustainable leadership and meet academics, managers, practitioners, researchers and others interested in the field.

Papers will cover topics related to sustainable leadership including:

June 4 - Welcome & Reception from 17.30-19.00

June 5 - Keynote speech and presentations

  • Keynote speaker Lynette Thorstensen discusses sustainable leadership from her background with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, Greenpeace and insurer IAG.

June 6 - Practitioner panel and presentations, starting 8.30am

  • Your chance to quiz our practitioner panel about their experiences in implementing sustainable practices.
  • A bit more on our practitioners:

    Daniel Bragg, PhD, is an Inspector with the Leadership Development Unit, Queensland Police Service in Australia.
    He will be sharing his experiences on the topic of Learning and development in Queensland Police.

    Lorne Butt, MBA, Sustainability Coordinator at the New South Wales TAFE Western Institute, Orange, Australia will explain how the Institute rose "From laughing stock to respected advisor in 18 months!"

June 7 - External Development Program

  •  Day excursion to tour the Schneider Electric offices, and visit St Paul de Vence and Monaco (optional extra)
